These places never heard or thought about trading quality for cutting costs, and they did not ever hear about or think of using lower fat cheeses, creams and butters to cut down on something called cholesterol! All they cared about was making a pizza or dinner taste the best possible! Not that what they made was extremely unhealthy, it is just that the first priority was quality and flavor, not how many carbs, calories or trans-fat was in it.
